Thanks to the Rift, Kellis-Amberlee is now significantly less infectious than its original 100% infectiousness. The exact percentage is probably somewhere around 10-20%, but what it means in practice is that we infect NPCs whenever we feel like it, and infection is opt-in for player characters.

(Please list each character individually, rather than giving blanket permission for all your characters, as I will be using this post to keep track of the infection.)
